How Can I Make a Return?

We gladly accept returns for unused or faulty products, provided they are sent back in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we typically process refunds within 24 hours. You will be notified once your refund has been issued, which may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Payment Processing Time

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What if My Order Arrived Faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us on the day of delivery via our Contact Page or by emailing mamavitou@outlook.com.
Include your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Detailed photos of the damage

This will help us resolve your issue quickly.

Problems With Delivery

MamaVitou is not liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout or for packages left in an unsecured location.

  • If your order is missing, please contact us at mamavitou@outlook.com.

  • Please allow extra time for courier or customs delays.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until 20 working days after dispatch (25 working days for international orders).

  • Once this period has expired, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Local Customs Duty / Tax Fees

Please note that MamaVitou is not responsible for any additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes incurred with your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your local government’s website for details.

  • United States: No customs fee

  • Canada: No customs fee

  • Europe: Orders under £135 are tax-free

  • Australia: No customs fee

  • South Korea: Orders under $150 are tax-free
